Blackpool Music Services’ Early Years Strategy Tiddly-Om-pom-poms (TOPPS) welcomes you to celebrate World Nursery Rhyme week from 13th to 17th November. Fifteen existing settings will be encouraged to celebrate this genre which forms the foundation of our EY strategy. New resources and props have been prepared and we all look forward to seeing and hearing our youngest Blackpool children enjoying music making with other young children.
